The Invisio Floorlight System

Engineered for Insulation and Durability

What makes the Invisio Floorlight System unique is the thermally broken fixing details. By integrating a thermal break into the hidden fixings of the floorlight you eliminate cold bridging and improve thermal performance. The glass is engineered for heavy pedestrian traffic making the system suitable for all project types. There are various glass options available to ensure a slip resistant finish to the walk on glass.

Pedestrian Loads: up to 1.83 KN/m2

Hidden Fixing: aluminium profile with full polyamide thermal break

Thermal Insulation: Uw Values up to 1.2 W/m2K

Max Size: recommended 1.5m x 3m per pane, larger sizes are possible

Glass Specification: 3 x 10mm TXD LAM outer glass unit, 16mm argon gas cavity, 2 x 6mm TXD LAM inner pane with low e coating, up to 62.5mm thick

Slip Resistance: available sandblasted, with ceramic frit or with specialist anti-slip glass

Specifying walk on floorlights needn’t be complicated. The Floorlight System from Sieger offers high levels of design engineering all with a frameless design and beautiful detailing.

Each installation of walk on glass is engineered, fabricated and specified individually to ensure you get the design and performance required from the glass floorlight.

With the full thermal break within the aluminium fixings and a highly insulated glass unit as standard, you do not need worry about thermal performance or cold bridging. Our floorlight system has been designed with a full polyamide thermal break for insulation whilst maintaining the strength in the profile needed for walk on glass installations.

You can find this system in the Invisio brochure below under ‘Glass Floors’.
